1. Who we are

DeknFlow (“DeknFlow”, “we”, “us”) is a team email and shared-inbox product operated by Deknflow, accessible at https://teaminbox.deknflow.com. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

2. Information we collect

• Account data: name, email address, password (hashed), and workspace/organization details you provide at signup.
• Connected mailbox data: when you connect a Google or Microsoft mailbox, we access your messages, threads, attachments, contacts, and metadata in order to display and manage them inside DeknFlow.
• Usage data: log data, device/browser information, and product interactions used to operate and secure the service.

3. Google user data and Limited Use

When you connect a Google account, DeknFlow requests access to your Gmail data using the gmail.readonly and gmail.send scopes, along with your basic profile (openid, email, profile). We use this access solely to provide DeknFlow's shared-inbox features: reading and displaying your mail, and sending replies/messages on your behalf at your direction.

Specifically, we do not:

• use Google user data for serving advertisements;
• sell Google user data;
• transfer or use Google user data for purposes other than providing or improving the DeknFlow features you requested;
• allow humans to read your Google user data, except (a) with your explicit consent, (b) for security purposes (e.g. investigating abuse), (c) to comply with applicable law, or (d) where the data is aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.

4. How we use your information

To provide and maintain the service, authenticate you, sync and display your mail, send messages you compose, provide support, and keep the service secure.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with infrastructure sub-processors (e.g. AWS) strictly to operate the service, or when required by law.

6. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may disconnect a mailbox or delete your account at any time, after which associated data is deleted within a reasonable period.

7. Security

We protect data in transit and at rest and restrict internal access. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g. GDPR), you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your data. Contact us to exercise these rights.
